What we collect
The site may receive information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, organization, inquiry topic, message, and whether you separately chose to receive occasional updates.
Technical systems may also produce basic request information such as time, requested page, IP-related security signals, browser information, and error logs.
How we use it
- Deliver requested resources.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Understand which guides and programs are useful.
- Protect forms and downloads from abuse.
- Maintain and improve the site.
- Send updates only when separate consent was given.
Gated resource access
The full field manual and company AI safety briefing bundle require a name and email address. Organization is optional. The site creates a time-limited download link. When email delivery is configured, the link may also be sent to the address provided.
The updates checkbox is separate and optional.
Analytics and advertising
The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure, which may provide aggregated traffic and security analytics. This release does not add Google AdSense or other display advertising. A future change to advertising or additional analytics should trigger an update to this notice and the consent approach.
Retention
Resource request and inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, response, security, and understanding public demand. The operational target is no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, security investigation, or legal obligation.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to reasonable security and recordkeeping needs. You may unsubscribe from optional updates through the message link or by contacting the address below.
Service providers
The site may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, forms, storage, and analytics; an email delivery provider such as Resend when configured; and Google Drive or other controlled storage for project files. Providers process information under their own terms and the site configuration.
